My professional journey began in military leadership and international affairs, where I served in roles that required strategic planning, operational leadership, and coordination across multinational environments. Early in my career, I worked in international security cooperation and training operations, gaining experience in large-scale leadership, complex decision-making, and managing teams in high-pressure environments.
Over time, my responsibilities expanded into diplomatic and strategic leadership roles. I served with the U.S. Southern Command and in diplomatic assignments at the U.S. Embassy in Argentina and U.S. Embassy in Venezuela, where I worked on regional strategy, security cooperation, and international engagement across Latin America. Later, I transitioned into executive leadership in municipal government, serving as Deputy City Manager for the City of Miami and City Manager of Cooper City, where I led strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term planning to strengthen organizational performance and community outcomes.
