Before founding Napoli Global Solutions, I served in senior leadership roles across the U.S. Southern Command, U.S. diplomatic missions, and municipal executive leadership. I have advised military commanders, ambassadors, and government leaders on regional strategy and international engagement, while also leading large-scale organizational initiatives as Deputy City Manager for the City of Miami and City Manager of Cooper City.
