I’m Lyra Clark, a holistic health coach, research scientist, and exercise physiologist dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance in their lives. With more than a decade of experience in exercise physiology, biomedical research, and wellness coaching, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the body responds to stress, movement, recovery, and lifestyle habits.

My work today is grounded in the belief that true wellbeing comes from understanding the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Through a supportive and science-informed coaching approach, I help individuals regulate stress, build healthier habits, and develop a stronger sense of balance, resilience, and vitality in their everyday lives.
