I'M LYRA CLARK — Holistic Health Coach & Research Scientist

I’m Lyra Clark, a holistic health coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and build lasting wellbeing. My work combines science-backed health knowledge with integrative practices that support the mind, body, and nervous system. Through my coaching, I help individuals develop sustainable habits, improve resilience, and rediscover their inner strength.

Before founding InnerStrength Coaching, my career was rooted in scientific research and clinical physiology. I worked as a Research Scientist, designing and conducting studies to evaluate the safety and biological impact of medical technologies, while collaborating with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, supporting cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients through personalized exercise programs that helped them rebuild strength, confidence, and physical capacity.
